The game offers a virtual experience where players start as an unidentified homeless character and progress to achieve fame, with the ultimate goal of becoming the president of their country. Each in-game action corresponds to one game day, during which the player's mood, health, and satiety naturally decline. If these vital indicators reach zero, players have seven days to rectify the situation; failing to do so results in their character's demise.

Players have the opportunity to collect bottles to earn money and perform over 200 distinctive actions. Additionally, they can engage with more than 50 unique events and items included in the game. Notably, players can sustain gameplay even after their character's death, with no loss of points or progression.

Upcoming features include the introduction of new actions, items, events, casino games, inventory enhancements, market trading with friends, skins, sounds, and added support for multiplayer functionality.
